Each club's coach of record in its latest games of 2026/2027, and how long they have had the job.

Each bar is one coach's spell with a club, from the first to the last game they have a record for; clubs run across the page and time runs down it, with a line at each 1 September. Hatched bands are the off-season, from a season's last game to the next season's first, so a bar that starts at the foot of a band is a start-of-season appointment and one that starts inside a season is a mid-season change. The red band is the 2019/20 season abandoned on 9 March 2020 for COVID-19, and the gold band after it the Elite Series (3 April to 2 May 2021), which was a separate competition and not the league. Hover a bar for the dates and role; click it to see that coach's record below. Player-coaches and GM/head coaches are included under the role they held.

A record covers the games the database has a coach of record for: the gamesheet's head coach from 2019/20, otherwise the season's head coach (or its player-coach where there was no head coach) from Elite Prospects' staff lists, with in-season changes dated from match reports. Points: 2 for a win, 1 for an overtime or shootout loss, 1 for a tie in 2003/04–2005/06.
